myRARE Patient Navigators
Your Patient Navigator will be your primary point of contact for the myRARE Patient Support Program and a trusted source of support who can work
closely with you. Your Patient Navigator can:
Answer your questions about treatment logistics
Navigate and understand insurance coverage
May be able to provide limited assistance with logistical challenges related to your treatment
Equip you with information and resources
Once you have enrolled in myRARE, your Patient Navigator will call you to welcome you to the program.
While your Patient Navigator is your contact for myRARE support, please remember that your doctor is your primary source for information about your condition and treatment.

myRARE Patient Support Managers
A myRARE Patient Support Manager will review your health insurance coverage for your medication and help your doctor’s office navigate the health insurance approval process. Patient Support Managers also help evaluate if you are eligible for the myRARE financial support programs.
